MISSION & HISTORY.
Our mission is to rescue, rehab and release wildlife that is injured, sick, orphaned or otherwise in need of human help. Whether this is through answering calls we receive, drop offs, surrenders, transfers for other rehabs, animals obtained through nuisance control and a myriad of other ways that these wonderful creatures come into our lives for help.
Regina Leonard has been in animal rehab for 16 years and a nuisance control officer for 15 plus years ensuring the safety of animals and humans alike when it comes to wildlife. These two entities go hand in hand to assist with ensuring wildlife is cared for correctly and returned to the wild no matter how they come into our care and to help humans understand wildlife.
Any animal that cannot safely be returned to the wild will reside in a sanctuary and remain under our care! Helping these animals is a huge undertaking and requires a lot of help from those who care about the animals as much as we do!

We try to partner with local companies that help with donations or low cost supplies or services to assist in obtaining resources to care for rescued animals and those who permanently live at the sanctuary.
